The BioMeridian scan helps identify the optimal nutritional/homeopathic protocol for healing and energy management. It determines the energetic level of each organ/system in the body and how well it is functioning. The meridian screening determines the energy levels of each organ/system in the body followed by the process of restoring balance to those organs/systems. It also has the ability to allow for advanced assessments including food/environmental sensitivities, dental testing, hormone, and more.
The BioMeridian is a system which performs electro-dermal screening. This screening assesses the acupuncture meridians of the body and thereby gives a general picture of the function of organs and structures located along those meridians. The BioMeridian test provides a means of measuring the energetic profiles of organs, glands, immune system organs, the musculoskeletal system and allergies to name a few. It uses passive electrical energy, like that of an ECG (electrocardiogram) or EEG (electroencephalogram) to take its readings. Once a reading is taken for each point it is stored in a computer. When all desired points have been tested, the computer will compile a report for analysis. Readings for each point range from 0 to 100. Readings above 55 (which appear yellow) show excessive energy and suggest inflammation or sensitivity. Readings below 47 (red) demonstrate reduced energy, weakness or a chronic condition or organ degeneration. The meridian is balanced when the reading is between 47 and 55 (green). One of the benefits of the technology is that it will frequently detect problems before they would show up on other tests. That’s because energy is one of the first things to be affected as a person moves away from balanced health. Accurate and professional interpretations of the results of the test are crucial as they help determine a treatment plan for you. Treatment plans may include dietary and/or lifestyle changes, vitamins, minerals, homeopathics, botanicals, detoxification programs, etc. To prepare for this test we ask that you refrain from using hand or foot creams and that you remove any magnets and cell phones from your person. There are no needles or puncturing of the skin involved in this test. BioMeridian testing is not a medical procedure and we are not attempting to diagnose disease.
Allergy/Sensitivity/
Intolerance Testing
The BioMeridian contains an extensive database of potential allergens including but not limited to environmental, food and chemical allergens. Using this assessment we can compare the frequency of these allergens to you as an individual. This gives us the ability to deduce if certain items may cause you sensitivities or allergens. The allergy test can be compared to that of an MRI or X-Ray in that it uses electromagnetic stimuli. Based on a study by the University of Hawaii, the BioMeridian allergy test had the highest degree of compatibility with a food re-challenge test when compared to other means of assessing allergies. A food re-challenge is where you avoid a particular food for a period of a few weeks and then reintroduce it into the diet to see if the body has a normal reaction or is sensitive or allergic. 300 double blind tests were used comparing allergy diagnostic tools to history, and the BioMeridian proved to be more accurate than skin testing (where an antigen is placed on the skin, and the skin is pricked to see whether or not a histamine response is observed) or RAST test (a test measuring specific IgE antibodies in blood serum) (Lehman, C.W.: The Leukocytic Food Allergy Test: A Study of Its Reliability and Reproducibility. Chart of Homotoxicology
Homotoxicology is the study of human toxins. The purpose of homotoxicology is to stimulate and regulate the body’s self healing abilities which is set up to result in the removal of homotoxins and finally leading to the elimination of illness. Homeopathic remedies are used throughout this process and are customized for each individual’s needs. ElectroDermal Screening (EDS) is used with its primary function to provide energetic insight into the physiology, biochemistry and pathology of our clients.
There are six phases in Homotoxicology representing the phases the body uses either to eliminate toxins or deposit them in some part of the body in an attempt to maintain health. The six phases are listed below.

Here is an example of how the phases work. The body starts at Phase 1. This is where the body comes into contact with a toxin such as breathing in a toxin.
In Phase 1 the body would try to excrete the toxin by such means as sneezing, coughing, sweating, vomiting, or pushing it through the urine and feces. If the body is unsuccessful at excreting the toxin it then moves to Phase 2.
In Phase 2 the body begins to react to the toxin through inflammation. Here is where the body produces a fever, mucus, swelling, etc. This is the natural process the body uses to move the toxin to Phase 1 where it can be excreted. If this process is stopped for any reason the body moves to Phase 3.
In Phase 3 the body takes the toxin and deposits it somewhere in the body. The idea is that when it gets enough resources it will come back later and get the toxin and move it out through Phase 2. If this doesn’t happen and a new toxin comes in, the body will move to Phase 4.
Phase 4 is the impregnation phase. This is created when the body places one toxin on top of another toxin. The toxin then begins to move into the cells. Now the toxin begins to move into the cells, and is unable to continue to function as it was designed and moves to Phase 5.
Phase 5 is the degeneration phase. This is where the body stops functioning properly and begins to break down. Many people die in Phase 5. Some of the disease processes that are listed in Phase 5 are fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, lupus, tuberculosis, and heart attack. (Some people move through phase 5 without symptoms other than fatigue.) If the body continues to accumulate toxins, it will eventually move to Phase 6.
Phase 6 is neoplasm, also known as the cancer phase.

Applied Kinesiology
Applied Kinesiology uses muscle testing as a primary feedback mechanism to examine how a person’s body is functioning. Since the proper flow of energy controls the muscles function, testing the strength of the muscles reveals the body’s energy levels. AK is used to determine what the body needs or doesn’t need based on the results of the muscle testing to correct imbalances and/or deficiencies.
